	Best call first. We are in and out with Dr apts and other commitments. We are clearing out the Small Engine Shop and remodeling. We may be gone after supplies. Please call first. 405 258 -- - 1265 - this phone is currently a cell phone so we answer even when we are not here. .Call for apt. Usually can meet you in 10 min unless gone to Dr. Our office now mid way back in the shop building.


	My phone is giving me some issues. Having trouble keeping it charged. Going to try to go get a new one but this week is booked. If I don’t answer try back in a little while.


	We have 2 unit currently 0-10 x 10 for $40 waiting on cleanout and will have 3; 1-10 x 15 $55; 1-10 x 20 for $70 . We have some trailer/boat/open parking but that is it right now.

We have commitments and are trying to get this remodeling done but Dr apts keep interupting progress. Used to have a good old Dr that did it all. Now you have at least 12 specialists that you have to see regularly and then all the testing they order. And do they ever set them on same days. NO. But our phone now is a cell and we answer most of the time. IF not leave a message and we’ll get back to you. To many spam calls so if you don’t leave a message or a clear phone no we won’t call a no back. And if we call you back and your voice mail isn’t set up or full we can’t leave a message that we called so keep trying to call us. Phone answered usually 9a-5p daily unless we are where it has to be silenced. We are unavailable on 2nd and 4th Sat each month.


Gates open at 7:30 and close at dark. Latecomers can be accommodated by contacting the office in former Rozell’s Small Engines building during office hours or call the above no.

		Notice: Our office is now in the middle of the old shop building. We are in and out so call first. We still have the payment box by the door at the new office. Look for the big sign beside the white door- that is where our office is now located.

	I came across some info posted online on our ministorage the other day. A person had taken a picture of the dump next door- old shed and old lawnmower and said that was our ministorage. As you can see by the pictures above it is very much a ministorage. I have reported it to Google.
